How To... / Guess Game
April 07, 2020, 10:03:30 PM

In AC Games > Guess Game you will find the above page.

Settings
Tick to enable the guessing game - the game will not show to members if you have not enabled it.
Game Name - Customize your game name, when left blank the game name will show as "The Guessing Game" by default.
Link Text - This is the text shown in the member menu leading them to the game, if left blank the default text will read "Guess Game".
Base prize amount - The amount each jackpot will begin at. Changing this number will not affect the current jackpot prize, it will only apply to new games. You cannot change the current game's jackpot prize base amount.
Percent of members play to add to jackpot - The percent as a whole number of each play to be added to the jackpot total amount. So if you charge $0.01 per play and set this to 10 the jackpot will grow by $0.001 per play. To disable set to 0.
Prize type - This defines where the jackpot will credit the winning user, either to their account funds or to their purchase balance.
High number - Define the highest number allowed, players will then be allowed to choose between 1 and the number set here. Must be filled in.
Cost to play - This defines the amount per play, players are allowed to use either their purchase balance or their account funds to play.
Guess game background color - The background color of the guess game panels. Most typically this should be set to #FFFFFF with the default images but can be useful when using custom images.
Guess game font color - Font color used in the guess game panels. Usually this should be set to #000000 (black) but can be changed as needed.

First image, losing image and winning image settings can be used for custom images. Click the blue setting title to see a preview of the default images. If you decided to use custom images place the URL for each in the fields provided for these settings.

In the box to the right of the settings box you will find play data which pretty much explains itself.

How To... / Extra Ads Space (Deluxe 2.9.5 and above)
April 07, 2020, 09:45:46 PM

In Manage Ads > Extra Ad Space you will find the page above. In the Settings tab you see "Tick to enable ads on: " and a lot of page names. You must tick the box next to the page name for the content on the other tabs to be shown, this cuts down on database connections for unused portions of this feature.

Using the Surf Rewards Page tab as an example in each tab you will see something similar to the following:

Here you may add whatever you like to each section. Top will show at the top of the surf rewards div, left to the left of the div, etc.

You do not need to escape any quotes, you may use any ad type and you may use HTML as shown in the example.

How To... / Manage Terms
April 07, 2020, 09:16:43 PM

In Site Functions > Manage Terms you will find the page shown above, here you will add and edit your terms of service.

Terms Section Title (blue arrow above) - this must be filled in, it will show to the public as the title of the section for this term.
Terms Section Icon (red arrow above) - this section is optional, if you wish to use it click the flag icon to the right (red box in first image) and choose your icon from the fontawesome website. Type the icon name exactly as you see it (in English) on the fontawesome website... so if it says fighter-jet type in fighter-jet, do not add the fa classes, the script generates those automatically.
Terms section text (green box above) - this is the terms section text exactly as visitors will see it.
Order Number - This defines the order of all terms articles added. The lower the number the higher it will show on the visitors terms page.

How To... / Block Ads
April 07, 2020, 09:00:45 PM

QuoteThis tool allows you to keep specific URLS from being credited with advertising credits. For example, if someone keeps making fraud payments from different accounts promoting http://www.domain.com/?ref=user, you can block out domain.com?ref=user. You can also block out domain.com or ref=user and it will work. Be aware, if you block domain.com, then ALL ads that contain domain.com will be blocked. Any credits that are attempted to be added to a blocked ad will be deleted and lost! A 'Link is blocked error' will be returned to any user trying to create a new ad that is blocked

In Site Functions > Blocking > Ad Blocker you will find this tool which allows you to block ads for certain sites or with certain ref links from being created on your site.

If ads from the site you are blocking already exist in your site it is recommended you remove them first or else a member will lose credits when trying to add credits to a blocked ad.

The process is simple, just add the site name in the first box to block an ad.

To remove the ad from the blocked list select it in the box below and click the Unblock Ad button.

How To... / Re: Revenue Shares (Paid Addon)
March 17, 2020, 02:32:37 PM
I 100% agree with your doubt :-O if Ayman would agree I would charge $500 for this addon instead of $50 so no one would buy it, let me explain my opinion...

Mostly admin at all revshare sites hope the user fails to click the required clicks thus earning less than he might have otherwise. Yep, admin sell a product with the hope that a buyer of said product fails. It is a flawed system which is why you see revshare sites pop up and disappear faster than any other sites.

People will disagree with me but no one can tell me where the 20% comes from on the 120% return...
"I'll sell ads" - yeah, and those sold ads are paid ads to your members... so you're going to sell ads to Jack and Sally at a 50% markup while Joe and Jane buy 100x shares at 120%... yeah, ok, try again.
"I'll invest in blah blah blah site" - uhhuh, right, and when that site goes down?
"Forex trading, if I just had the startup capital..." -  =)) your members are so screwed in six months

In my opinion you cannot get profits and be honest to share holders, you cannot possibly predict what your earnings from the site will be in any given month so how can you sell revenue shares when you do not know what your revenue will be?

:-bd don't give up your doubt or your reasoning ability. I saw a site that said $13k was deposited via PayPal, big oops on admin's part, you can only transfer a max of $10k via PayPal so that told me his entire front page was probably fake and he's made $10 so far lol if even half of the rev share sites numbers out there were real we would see the government getting involved.

How To... / Revenue Shares (Paid Addon)
March 17, 2020, 03:21:46 AM
Revenue shares is a paid addon, the cost is $50 and is a lifetime key based addon.

Share Settings

Enable Selling Shares - this will define if revenue shares are turned on or off in your site.
Share Basic Price - this is the price per share, so if a member orders 10 shares and this price is set to $1 the members final bill will be $10 + any buy fees you have set.
Share Basic Earnings - this is how much each member will earn per share when shares are credited.
Shares Crediting Balance - this is the balance share earnings will credit to.
Shares Crediting Duration - this is how often shares will credit earnings to users.
Share Expires After - this is how long the shares stay in the member account. Shares cannot be purchased by the member again until shares they already hold have expired.
Total Shares Available Per User - this is the maximum number of shares a member may purchase and hold at a time.
Shares Earning Restrictions - this defines how often a member must click to earn from their shares or can be set to none so that members may earn regardless of whether or not they click.

How Shares Work
First and foremost at no time can PayPal be used to purchase shares on your website. This is not an error, it was done to protect clients as PayPal absolutely does not allow rev share.

When members buy shares they are locked in to their held shares until they have expired, they cannot buy additional shares during this period.

The revenue share cron found in Site Functions > Cron Jobs must be set up for share holders to be credited properly.

How To... / Creating A Custom Click Image Set
March 16, 2020, 09:34:14 PM

Before anything you are going to need your icon set ready on your hard drive to upload to your website. You do not have to create the images yourself, google free icons, you will find there are a lot of sites providing them. https://www.iconfinder.com and http://www.iconarchive.com are both okay sites that don't freeze my browser with a ton of ads. Both sites also provide 48x48px images which is perfect for click images. The max your images should be is 50x50px.

When downloading you will get a prompt about where to download the image on your hard drive. During this step is a good time to name the images a through i (all lowercase) as the script requires this to be their names.

There are nine images in every default set, your custom set also needs to contain nine images total, no less, no more. The file extension does not have to be png, they can be jpg or gif images, however they must all be the same extension in any single set. Have you downloaded all nine? Okay, next step.

To begin create a folder in the folder named clickimages.

Next go to a default image set and copy over the index.php file, you can copy a file by selecting it, holding the Ctrl key on your keyboard and dragging it to the new folder.

Now it's time to upload your custom click images to the folder you just created. As you can see above they are all named letters in consecutive order from a to i, your images should be named the same.

In admin go to Site Functions > Site Settings > Site Settings and then the Click tab. Here is where you choose the new click image set from the drop down where it says choose click image set, below that choose the file extension you have decided to use in image extension type (png, jpg, or gif). If you need to change the timer bar background and text colors to match your new image set this would be the time to do that. Click save... you don't see your settings save? Reload the page, it's a server software issue we have no control over. You should now see your nine images with your timer and text colors. If the images show as broken you have either not named them a through i or you have chosen the wrong extension type. Check those two things.

Not yet but a way to customize design is coming in v2.9.5... it won't be the same, the PTR theme uses the database, surf rewards will use an actual style sheet but in such a way you can house an unlimited number of them as well. I've also added a way to add network codes to the page. ApplePTC is currently testing the new set up for surf rewards and so far, no complaints.
