The activity bonus can be found in the side menu under Members > Activity Bonus > Bonus Manager

The first tab in the bonus manager shows current prizes.

Total is the total number of that prize available, limit is the daily maximum available claims for that prize, the up arrow tells you if the prize is for upgraded members (Yes) or not (No). As you can see there really is no limit other than your disk space to the amount of available prizes you can have.
In the Create tab you will see a long form containing every available credit type:

Title - This is not shown to members.
Number Available - Total cumulative number of claims for this prize before it is unavailable.
Daily limit - Daily maximum number of claims for this prize.
Available to - This defines whether the prize is available for all members (standard and upgraded alike) or upgraded members exclusively.
All fields after those above are the credit amount for the prize, set to 0 when not giving a particular credit type.

Enable activity bonus - this turns the activity bonus on and off.
Minimum PTC required - Minimum ads member must click today to claim bonus. Set to zero to disable this requirement.
Minimum PTP hits required - Minimum valid PTP hits today to claim bonus. Set to zero to disable this requirement.
Minimum offers required - Minimum offers member must complete today to claim bonus. Set to zero to disable this requirement.
Minimum grid views required - Minimum grid views member must complete today to claim bonus. Set to zero to disable this requirement.
Minimum earnings required - Minimum member must earn to their balance today to claim bonus. Set to zero to disable this requirement.
Minimum PTR required - Minimum paid to read ads member must view today to claim bonus. Set to zero to disable this requirement.
Minimum emails required - Minimum paid email ads member must view today to claim bonus. Set to zero to disable this requirement.
Minimum exchange views required - Minimum exchange views today to claim bonus. Set to zero to disable this requirement.
In the side menu under the bonus manager link you will find Bonus Logs

This page tells you who has claimed which prizes. If you have prizes with nothing actually in them (all credits set to 0) then you may use the Purge button to delete them all at once. There is also a Master Purge button that will delete all bonus logs which also resets the users history. Hover over an icon to see which credit type it represents.
The purple book icon lets you see the sum of all currently recorded claims for any given user:
